- **Booking:** All services must be scheduled in advance via phone, online, or in person.
- **Cancellations:** Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service.
- **Delays:** If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, your service may be shortened or rescheduled at our discretion.
